Shane Coakley
Founder & President - Coakley International LLC​
Shane Coakley, founder and Managing Partner of Coakley International LLC, has been a successful real estate developer for over 20 years throughout the United States and now venturing into the Caribbean.
Shane has an extensive knowledge and background in master planning, architecture, engineering, construction, design, and development managing over 1.5 billion of private equity projects.
Shane is very well respected in the industry bringing an unyielding passion and energy to all of his projects.

Zac Lutz
Managing Partner - Coakley International LLC
Zac Lutz is an international retail executive with over 25 years' experience throughout North American and Europe. Most recently, Zac was managing Director of USA for Luxury Living Group: Fendi Casa, Bentley Home, Bugatti, Baccarat La Maison, Ritz Paris and Trussardi Casa.
Prior to going to the LLG Group, Zac was Vice President of WKJ & Associates Consulting Firm and has held positions as General Manager for Giorgio Armani among other corporations.

Zac brings a pedigree that is well-respected and much sought after. Throughout his career, Zac has demonstrated an infectious enthusiasm for all aspects of the process.
Understanding the intricacies of the job, Zac immerses himself into a project and leads by example to get the best out of his people. As Managing Director, Zac will insure that the direction of a project is in line with Coakley International's vision and goals as well as meets the needs of its clients and investors.

John MacDonald
Vice President - Coakley International LLC
President - Old Bahama Bay Resort & Yacht Harbour
With more than three decades of experience in industrial chemical research, development, environmental compliance, and corporate sustainability, John MacDonald has built a career dedicated to advancing safer practices across multiple industries. His work spans chemical engineering, wastewater treatment, environmental due diligence, and the creation of environmentally responsible product alternatives for sectors including chemical, power, steel, petroleum, pulp and paper, electronics, precious metals, and municipal water systems.
​
Since 2001, he has led several environmental companies—Environmental Manufacturing Solutions, LLC (EMS), EMS Distribution, Environmental Manufacturing, LLC, and Heartland Energy Group, Ltd.—where he oversaw product innovation, regulatory strategy, corporate training, and environmental reporting. Earlier roles with Tri-State Chemicals & Supply and Enviro Tech further strengthened his leadership in formulation, consulting, and industrial environmental management.

Beyond his technical and corporate achievements, he has maintained a deep commitment to philanthropy. For years, he operated a national hydroplane and Spec car racing team that competed across the United States and Canada, earning the #1 ranking four years in a row and securing numerous race wins each season. All winnings were donated to H8Cancer. He later founded a chemical company specifically to raise awareness and funds for the same cause, committing 100% of profits to the foundation. As this company winds down, its products are being transitioned to U.S. and international dealers who will continue promoting them globally while contributing proceeds to H8Cancer.

His leadership extends to the Bahamas as well. He has served for more than 12 years on the Board of Directors of Old Bahama Bay Resort & Yacht Harbour in West End, Grand Bahama, and holds a board seat with Island Ventures Resort & Club, LTD., the corporation that assumed resort operations from Ginn-La in 2011. Since 2012, he has also served as President of Old Bahama Bay Resort & Yacht Harbour.

Throughout his career, he has guided R&D teams, designed corporate auditing programs for manufacturing and waste facilities, managed large-scale water and wastewater treatment projects, and championed environmental stewardship in both industry and community-focused initiatives.

Lena Levine
Vice President - Coakley International LLC
A working model in film and print for years, Lena has developed working relationships which have spilled over into a successful career in Luxury Real Estate.
Originally from Eastern Europe and fluent in multiple languages, Lena provides an added edge in dealing with investors, developers, and builders from different parts of the world.
Lena always comes prepared and focused with a high level of professionalism and tireless work ethic to every project. Coakley International is pleased to have Lena as a vital part of the team.

Imad Bahbah
Vice President of Development Services - Coakley International LLC
Imad Bahbah is the Founder and Principal of IHB Architects and has been licensed since 1990. A graduate of California State
Polytechnic University, he is a member of AIA, SARA, and NCARB.
With over 35 years of experience, Imad has led significant and
impactful public and private projects across Washington.
He has recently chaired Tacoma’s TOD advisory group, spoken as a
panelist at several forums and provided zoning guidance for
jurisdictions.
As an award-winning architect, Imad offers vision,
pragmatism and design excellence for the well-being of his clients and the success of his projects. Empowered by the ability to help
individuals, developers, and businesses succeed, IHB Architects
strives to enhance communities with innovation, compassion, and
economic vitality.

Charles V. Edmond Jr., MD, FACS
Chief Development Analyst - Coakley International LLC
Dr. Edmond is a board-certified Otolaryngologist with fellowship training in Head and Neck Oncology and Facial Plastic Surgery, and a senior and managing partner in an advanced Otolaryngology and head & neck surgery practice. His medical career has been defined by precision decision-making, systems-level thinking, and accountability in high-risk environments.
​
He is the inventor of the first sinus surgical simulator, reflecting a longstanding focus on innovation, simulation, and translating complex systems into executable models.
​
In addition, Dr. Edmond served on the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at the U.S. Army’s largest medical facility on the West Coast, where he evaluated and approved medical research protocols under strict ethical, regulatory, and risk-governance standards. This experience further informs his analytical approach to oversight, governance, and capital protection for Coakley projects.
​
He is also the author and creator of the Sovereign development model, which integrates infrastructure independence, environmental regeneration, and disciplined scalability into durable asset platforms. The Sovereign model is being integrated into the Branded projects at Bristol Pointe, Grand Bahama.

Dr. Edmond has an extensive medical authorship and clinical research background including; experience with board membership on reviewing proposals for medical research. He held a Fellowship position at the University of Washington as a clinical professor and with the UW Human Interface Technology Lab. He has also authored books on various topics with 3 publications pending and 2 more in various stages of development.

Dr. Edmond's experience and tenacity allows him to apply a rigorous, multi-lens framework—financial, broad-scope project planning, environmental, and governance—to ensure corporate decisions are evaluated with institutional discipline and long-term resilience.

Charles Sieger
Consulting Design Architect - Coakley International LLC
Charles M. Sieger has been a practicing architect registered in six states since 1972 and is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB.) In 1987 he was elected to the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Architects, one of the most prestigious honors bestowed upon an architect by his peers.

Sieger opened his firm, Charles M. Sieger, Architect in 1972. In 1980 Jose Suarez joined Sieger’s firm as an apprentice, and in 1987 became a partner in what is now one of the world’s most respected luxury high-rise Residential architectural firms, The Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership.

The Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership is a quiet giant in the architectural arena with over 50 employees On staff. Sieger has been distinguished through the years with innumerable awards and is considered The most comprehensive architectural firm in the Southeast United States. Over the years, The Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership has expanded to include GS2 Corporation, a construction company, EGS2 Corporation, a landscape architectural division, and The I.M.P.A.C.T. Agency, a marketing and advertising firm.

Charles Sieger is a seasoned professional, having designed over one billion dollars in real estate properties. In Additionally, during his decades of construction management, he has overseen over five hundred million dollars in new construction. Projects have included high and mid-rise residential properties, single-family Homes, commercial/retail, and religious projects.
​
Sieger received his Bachelor of Architecture Cum Laude from the University of Florida and a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania under Louis Kahn. He also studied at the Ecoles D’Art Americaines, Fontainbleau, France. In addition to numerous academic honors, he has received awards from
many organizations for work produced by his office. These include the South Florida Chapter, AIA, and the National Association of Home Builders. He has also had numerous architectural projects featured in Architectural Record and other prestigious trade publications.

Vojtek Morsztyn
Interior Designer / AI Integration - Coakley International LLC
Vojtek is a designer based in London who holds degrees from the Royal College of Art in London for Intelligent Mobility, and the
Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow for Interior Design.
He has extensive experience in the field, having worked on projects for notable brands such as Qatar Airlines, Zaha Hadid, and Google.
Vojtek’s portfolio includes a range of projects, from private jets and
yachts to Interiors and products, for private clients.
Currently, Vojtekis at the forefront of AI in Design development, collaborating with companies on software development pushing boundaries of design.
